Dyersville jumped on top to stay in the 4th inning scoring 2 runs using 2 hits. Jeromy Burnitz led off the inning for Dyersville when he drew a walk. Chris Magruder was next and he doubled. Jeff Keppinger then would ground out which plated a run. Luis A. Gonzalez stepped in and he worked the squeeze play to perfection scoring the final run of the inning. Tombstone had a chance to come back in the 9th but they came up short. Tim Wakefield(5-6) was the winner allowing 4 runs in 6 and 1/3 innings. Joe Nathan recorded the save, his 10th. Jamie Moyer(5-6) took the loss. He got hit hard, allowing 10 hits and 2 walks in 5 and 2/3 innings. 'It was a tough one to lose' said Doug Salzwedel 'We'll get them next time out.'
